Install Appsync 3utools 7

Im trying desperately to install phoenix using 3utools and nothing. Jailbreak using it gets stuck on 57%. Im on 9.3.6 and was able to do both a few weeks ago using 3utools. Now i get nowhere. 3 points 2 months ago. It worked for me this morning on ios 12.4. Go back to 3uTools iDevice Apps import and install IPA - Select the.ipa file you created and it should install I tried with Cydia and also with Cydia Impactor which both seem broken on my 32bit ipad and windows machine. 3uTools worked perfectly. What is an auto tune up 2017.
